Directions from Worcester

Take the A4103 to Hereford, by the traffic lights at Newtown Cross Service Station turn right onto the A417. At Burley Gate roundabout take the second exit off and proceed down that road towards Leominster. Take the third turning on right which is sign posted “Lower Hope” and “Pencombe”, also “Shortwood an open farm” a tourist attraction. One mile along this single track road on the left hand side is The Lower Hope Estate.

Direction from Gloucester/Ross-on-Wye

Join the A49 from the A40 towards Hereford which becomes Ross Road. At the first roundabout take the second exit. At the next roundabout take the first exit joining Edgar Street. At next roundabout take the first exit and the second exit at the following roundabout joining Holmer Road. At the next roundabout take the third exit off onto Roman Road. At the next roundabout take the second exit and continue along that road. Take the first left signposted to Bromyard. At Burley Gate roundabout take the first exit off and proceed down that road towards Leominster. Take the third turning on right which is sign posted “Lower Hope” and “Pencombe”, also “Shortwood an open farm” a tourist attraction. One mile along this single track road on the left hand side is The Lower Hope Estate.

Directions from Leominster/Ludlow and Shrewsbury

Take the A49 towards Hereford. Turn left onto the A417 and continue along that road for approximately 5 miles. Take the turning on left which is sign posted “Lower Hope” and “Pencombe”, also “Shortwood an open farm” a tourist attraction. One mile along this single track road on the left hand side is The Lower Hope Estate.

Directions from Abergavenny/Cardiff/South Wales

Take the A465 to Hereford which will become Belmont Road. Take the third exit off the roundabout with Tesco on your left. At the next roundabout take the first exit. At the next roundabout take the first exit joining Edgar Street. At next roundabout take the first exit and the second exit at the following roundabout joining Holmer Road. At the next roundabout take the third exit off onto Roman Road. At the next roundabout take the second exit and continue along that road. Take the first left signposted to Bromyard.
